Information Regarding COVID-19

Our office is taking the extra steps necessary to ensure your safety during your visit.  Currently, we ask that anyone (patient or family member accompanying the patient to their appointment) who is having respiratory symptoms (i.e. cough, fever, shortness of breath) to reschedule your child’s appointment.  We are only allowing one parent/legal guardian to accompany the patient; unfortunately no other parents, siblings, or guests at this time.   Wash your hands often, avoid large crowds, and click the link below for the most current guidelines regarding COVID-19. Please feel free to contact our office with questions or concerns.
